Question #1 Literature helps us to understand the character traits and motives of many different people. Some people are similar to us, and others are very different. Write a well developed paragraph in which you tell me which character in The Outsiders you are most like and why. You may choose any character, but you must make sure you connect to them in some real way.
1 . I think I am most like Darry in almost every way. If I had a younger I would yell at him if he was not home on time and I was in a neighborhood like they were in I would angry and worried just like Darry. If I got that mad and I did not have parents around I might smack Ponyboy but I would probably not smack him. Also, I am like him when I would have to support three people so I would have to work during the day and just wait to see him at the end of the day. Finally, I am like Darry because says sorry but most of the time he does not mean it. These are the reasons that I am like Darry.- Adam Morris
